Welcome to Ashland City Schools EMIS/Elementary Registration department.  We are responsible for reporting all district data required by state and federal mandates and assisting parents with registration in grades K-6  or application to either of our open enrollment programs.

ELEMENTARY REGISTRATION

Elementary registration is by appointment only.  If you are a parent or guardian and would like to register a K-6 student, please call (419) 289-1117 for an appointment time.  The registration forms and a letter listing required documents are posted below in the left column.  You may print and complete these forms to bring to your appointment or wait and complete them here.

OPEN ENROLLMENT

Ashland City Schools participates in two types of open enrollment.  INTER open enrollment is for students who reside in another Ohio school district and wish to attend Ashland City Schools.  INTRA open enrollment is for Ashland City students who wish to attend an alternative buidling within our district.  The window to apply for either is April 1st through May 1st of the current school year.  Forms become available in the buildings and here at Central Office mid March.  Please read the guidelines posted below in the right column for participation information.
