Friday, October 7              

-Class Meeting in AHS Gym

• Class Panoramic Picture
• Caps/Gowns/Announcement Packets Distributed-Additional packets will be available in the AHS office.

 

Thursday, October 13        

-Order Date for Caps/Gowns/Announcements

• CareerCenter: 8:00am in cafeteria
• AHS: During all three lunch periods in Concession Stand
• $75 deposit required at the time of ordering

 

Wednesday, October 19      

-2^nd Order Date for Caps/Gowns/Announcements

• CareerCenter: 8:00am in cafeteria
• AHS: During all three lunch periods in Concession Stand
• $75 deposit required at the time of ordering
• Students who will not be in attendance at school for either order date may submit orders by mail.  Include your deposit.

 

2012

Friday, February 24           

-Deadline for submitting senior pictures for the Guide.

• Pictures not submitted by this deadline will NOT be included in the senior section of the yearbook and inclusion in the senior section of the Ashland Times Gazette will be forfeited.
• Please ask your photographer if your picture will be sentto the school by the photographer directly.
• Direct all questions pertaining to the yearbook & senior picture submission to Miss Carolyn Jeffers, yearbook advisor.  Contact information provided on the other side.

 

Friday, March 16               

-Graduation Announcements delivered to AHS & ACWHCC                                               

-Payment in full is required at the time of pick-up. Payment must be in the  form of cash or money order…NO CHECKS!

• AHS - Items may be picked up in the concession stand during all three lunch periods.
• ACWHCC – location to be announced

 

Thursday, April 19             

-Caps & Gown delivery day at AHS (Concession Stand during lunch)

                                               

Tuesday, April 24              

-Cap & Gown delivery day at ACWHCC (Location to be announced)

 

Tuesday, May 22               

-Senior Final Exams @ AHS – Periods 6 & 7

 

Wednesday, May 23           

-Senior Final Exams @ AHS – Periods 4 & 5

 

Thursday, May 24              

-Senior Final Exams @ AHS – Periods 1-3

-Seniors @ AHS released after 3^rd period

-Farewell Assembly Practice 11:45am – 2:00pm at AHS Gym

• Seniors who are planning to participate in the Farewell Assembly MUST attend practice.

 

Friday, May 25                  

-Farewell Assembly 8:00am, AHS Gym

• Seniors must report to Homeroom by 7:30am in order to robe

-Graduation practice 11:45am – 2:00pm at AHS Gym

• Seniors who are planning to participate in theGraduation ceremonies MUST attend practice

 

Saturday, May 26               

-Baccalaureate 2:00pm at Grace Brethren Church

                                     

• Participation is voluntary
• Graduates are to report to the church chapel by 1:20pm

-Graduation 7:00pm at Community Stadium

• Incase of inclement weather, graduation will be held at Ashland University.
• If the weather conditions are questionable for an outdoor ceremony, information will be posted on Channel 72.

-Graduates are to report to the appropriate location by 6:20pm

• Outdoors: Faculty Parking Lot @ AHS
• Indoors: AU Field House

 

Please Note: Regardless of the graduation location, tickets are not required for attending the ceremony.
