School Supplies Lists
Thank you for providing these necessary materials for your child! Many of these supplies will be used on the first day of school and we will use them throughout the year. We do our best to be conservative and responsible with the supplies within the classroom, but sometimes students use, lend out, or lose their supplies. If this occurs, the items will need to be replaced. We are looking forward to an excellent 2012-13 school year! ACS Teachers
Kindergarten
2 boxes (24) Crayola or Prang crayons
12 glue sticks
1 8oz. bottle Elmer’s white glue
1 large box of Kleenex
12 sharpened #2 pencils (yellow-others do not sharpen well)
1 pair Fiskars scissors
1 bottle of hand sanitizer
1 pack Crayola wide-tipped washable markers
2 large pink erasers
1 cigar-sized crayon box
1 set of headphones (not ear buds) in a Ziploc bag with child’s name labeled on it
Boys – 1 box of gallon-sized Ziploc bags with zipper closure
Girls – 1 box of quart OR sandwich-sized Ziploc bags with zipper closure
Art Class – 2 Elmer’s glue sticks, 12 pack #2 pencils
1st Grade
Pencils – 4 packs of 10
3 boxes – 24 count of crayons
12 glue sticks
Fiskars scissors – rounded tip
2 boxes Kleenex
1 pair headphones (not ear buds)
4 plastic folders with pockets and three prongs (green, blue, orange, red)
1 black one inch binder
Erasers – 2 blocks and one pack of pencil tip erasers
1 spiral notebook
Boys – 1 box washable Crayola markers, 1 box gallon sized baggies, baby wipes, Post It Notes – square block style
Girls – 6 pack highlighters, yellow or orange, 1 box quart sized baggies, 1 pack index cards, 4 pack (blue or black only) dry erase markers
Art Class – 2 Elmer’s glue sticks, 24 box of Crayola crayons
2nd Grade
10 sharpened pencils
1 bottle of Elmer’s glue
1 glue stick
1 pair of pointed scissors
1 box of 24 crayons

1 package index cards (unlined)
