Welcome to Ashland City Schools EMIS/Elementary Registration department. We are responsible for reporting all district data required by state and federal mandates and assisting parents with registration in grades K-5 or application to either of our open enrollment programs.
ELEMENTARY REGISTRATION (for new students relocating to our district)
Elementary registration is by appointment only. If you are a parent or guardian and would like to register a K-5 student, please call (419) 289-1117 Ext. 2241 for an appointment time.
MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL ENROLLMENT
For middle school enrollments (grades 6-8), contact the middle school office at 419-289-7966.
For high school enrollments (grades 9-12), contact the high school office at 419-289-7968.
OPEN ENROLLMENT
Beginning School Year 2026-27, Ashland City Schools will only accept open enrollment applications for students who qualify as outlined HERE.
Application for Open Enrollment
Current SY 25-26 open enrolled students will keep their status in future years as long as enrollment does not exceed limitations outlined in the Ashland City School Open Enrollment Guidelines. Students who are siblings (full, half, adoptive or step) of currently open enrolled students and children of current employed staff members are “grandfathered” into the program to maintain family unification. These families are exempt from open enrollment denial provided the existing student remains in good standing and continues their enrollment for the duration of the application year and enrollment does not exceed the limitation described in the Ashland City School Open Enrollment Guidelines.
