With the opening of our new buildings this fall, Ashland City Schools will be revising the attendance zones for students in grades K-3. Some students will attend Edison Primary School, and others will attend the new Central Primary School building. A proposal for these new attendance zones was presented at the January 26 board meeting.
All students in grades 4-5 will attend Taft School next year, and students in grades 6-8 will attend the new Ashland Middle School building.

The Board of Education is currently considering two options for the 2015-2016 school calendar. Proposal #1 has two days off for spring break with the last day of school on June 3. Proposal #3 has five days off for spring break with the last day of school on June 8. The Board and administration would like to hear which option the community would prefer. Please send your comments and questions to calendar [at] ashlandcityschools [dot] org.

Families and Friends of Ashland City Schools,
Welcome to the 2014-15 school year! I am sure this will be an exciting year for our students to experience a variety of endeavors in Academics, Arts and Athletics! Each year I enjoy greeting our students as they walk into our buildings on opening day. As we begin this academic year, our children have shown great enthusiasm for the challenges that a new year brings. We know our parents also play an important role in helping their children with this transition. Thank you parents!!
